Questions regarding the placement and processing of orders

Do I need to be a registered user to place an order?

No. You can place your order as a guest and you can enter your details when you finalize your order. Of course, we always encourage our customers to use their registrations to be able to accumulate bonus points and to be informed of our promotions and new deals.

Can I contact you in regards to my order by phone?

Yes. We will gladly accept your orders by e-mail, Facebook or by phone, but our desire is for you to be able to take advantage of our bonus system which works only if you place your orders online via our web platform.

How can I pay for my order?

You can choose the payment options that suits you best. We accept cash on delivery (for Bulgarian orders only), bank transfer payments, PayPal, credit or debit card payments (Visa or MasterCard).

I want to buy in bulk, can I still order online?

Yes. Our platform allows you to register as a wholesale client, regardless of where you are based (Bulgaria or abroad). As such you will be able to enjoy discounts that will grow along with your order. This is convenient for all wholesalers, as well as all hairdressers and beauty salons, cosmetic and spa studios that wish to benefit from our amazing products at discounted price. 

Will you issue an invoice for my order?

Of course. When finalizing your order select the option: "I would like an invoice." Invoices are prepared and sent electronically. 

Can I use an additional discount?

At Cosmetics Bulgaria we've offered our best prices and deals and we always do our best to make quality Bulgarian cosmetics available to and affordable for all our clients. The only way you can get additional discounts is if you sign up as a wholesale client and start ordering a bit bigger. Don't forget you can accumulate bonus points which you can exchange for products later.

I want to buy cosmetics that I can't see anywhere on your website. What should I do?

We are always open to working with new and interesting quality manufacturers of beauty products. If you want to order something, but do not see it on our website or want to recommend us cosmetics, please, send us a request at office @ cosmeticsbulgaria . com. We are just starting and if you can't find the products you need, it's because we need a little bit more time to upload them on our platform.

Questions regarding the delivery method

Can I order from abroad?

Yes! No problem! We processes orders from all over the world and will gladly process yours too! You won't be able to use the Cash on Delivery method, but you can benefit from all the rest of the payment options. Your order will arrive within 5 to 15 working days, depending on where you are based.

How will I receive my order and what's the delivery rate?

The delivery rates for international orders is based on the weight of the products and the destination country. These are the official Post Office and transport company rates. The delivery times for international orders is between 5-15 working days, depending on your country of residence.

The delivery for all Bulgarian orders is fixed and depends on the delivery method you have chosen. If you would like to pick up  your parcel from the courier's office, the price is 3,20 lv., and to your address it is 5,00 lv. For all orders over 50,00 lv., the delivery is free. 

Why is my phone number required?

A contact phone number is required by most shipping carriers. We will only use this information to contact you about your order or to respond to your inquiries.

Will i get a tracking code for my order?

Yes. By all means. We expect you to keep a careful track of your tracking code and make arrangements to receive or pick up your delivery when it arrives in your respective country. We do not take responsibility for orders that were not picked up, or are uncalled for.

Questions regarding the payment methods

Can I pay electronically?

Each client with a valid credit or debit card and a PayPal account can pay electronically if they have sufficient funds.

Is my online payment secure?

Yes. 100%. When you place an order on www.cosmeticsbulgaria.com we encode your information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology; the most advanced consumer online security to date. Your order will be placed safely and securely. Your bank details are SSL encrypted and will never be kept or stored on this website without your consent.

I want to pay electronically, but my card was issued in a country other than Bulgaria. Is there a problem with that?

No, absolutely not. You can pay with Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard, no matter what corner of the world they are issued and administered in. At this stage you are not able to pay only with  American Express and Diners cards . If you are a holder of such a bank card you can try paying via a bank transfer or PayPal.

Is there a fee when paying by card or through PayPal?

We do not charge for electronic payments. Additional service fees may only apply if your bank has established such. This often depends on the type of card you are using and the servicing bank. Clarify these terms with your bank if you worry about extra fees. 

What happens if I decide to cancel my order right after I finalize it?

We will immediately trigger a process of returning the amount you paid and you will be refunded within a few days.

However, you cannot cancel an order after it has been processed and shipped and you will not get a refund if you do. 

Is there a minimum value, if I want to pay with a card?

No. And there's no maximum value either. The only limitation may come from your bank if you have a limit on the amount of transactions you can do.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

If payment is declined, please, contact your bank or credit card company first. Authorization is between our banking provider and your financial institution. Questions regarding our products and policies

Do you offer the Hydro Mask by Biotrade?

No, unfortunately, the Biotrade Hydro Mask is only produced for export and is currently unavailable on the Buglarian market. We do not offer products that are solely for export.  Why don't you try our great Collagen Hydrogel that is used as a serum and a night time mask. 

Are your products authentic?
