The dietary supplement with 60 capsules to support women's hormonal health from Gentle & Rose helps with overall well-being, improving tone, sleep and reducing stress. Gentle & Rose dietary supplement contains Omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium, black cohosh, ashwagandha, red clover and soy isoflavonoids. Omega-3 fatty acids support heart and joint health. The added ashwagandha balances cortisol levels and helps reduce stress, while red clover, black cohosh and soy isoflavonoids control hormonal balance, support the nervous system and relieve symptoms of menopause.

The dietary supplement is suitable for women over 40 years of age and suffering from constant fatigue and lack of energy, sleep disorders, hot flashes, night sweats, increased levels of stress and anxiety, digestive problems, bloating and difficulty controlling weight.

Directions for use

Take 2 capsules daily. It is recommended to take with the last meal of the day with a glass of water.

Daily intake is recommended for optimal results. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
