Please note that because of the pandemic situation caused by Covid-19 all over the world shipping to majority of countries was suspended by the post office and you won't be able to selected the country as delivery destination.

1. Estimated delivery time

Delivery of orders outside the territory of Bulgaria takes between 3 and 30 business days after shipment is dispatched, depending on the country of delivery, delivery service, and courier.

From the start of 2021 the UK (United Kingdom) left the European union we switched to sending parcels with standard postal services. Postal services are not as reliable as courier services when it comes to speedy delivery or correctly estimated times for delivery. Future orders to this country would probably take longer to be delivered in comparison with previous experience.

Delays are to be expected in periods around national and international holidays, official non-working days, or periods around Black Friday. Delays caused by bad weather, airline and transport company strikes, also rarely occur. We kindly ask for understanding and patience in cases where the delay is caused by factors beyond our control such as these. We will always advise you when there are expected delays to the best of our knowledge. 

If you do not receive your order within 30 business days, please contact us so we can assist you and resolve the matter in your interest.

The delivery rates for international orders are not fixed and depend on the weight of the ordered products, as well as the selected destination. Our online platform calculates the weight of the products and selects the most economical option for delivery to your country.

Delivery rates shown below are inclusive of Bulgarian VAT equal to 20%. However, Cosmetics Bulgaria Professional Ltd. is registered as part of the EU taxation MOSS (Union scheme). As a MOSS registered taxable person we re-calculate the delivery fee according to VAT rules in the country of delivery which means that the final price of the shipping fee might differ from the one shown here.

Deliveries to the majority of countries in the European Union are done with UPS and DPD couriers services. We offer two types of shipping options - standard and express.

Shipments take between 5-30 business days for deliveries, in some cases even less for standard shipping. For express shipping, the deliveries take between 2-3 days after being dispatched.

3.Worldwide Deliveries

Worldwide deliveries to countries not members of the European Union, Africa, Americas, Asia, and Australia are done via the standard postal service. Extra duties and taxes may apply to any of the countries in those regions. Please refer to the national customs office in your country to learn more about possible taxes before placing an order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

4. Delivery rates across Bulgaria

The delivery cost will be visible when you finalize your order and it will be added to the final amount you have to pay via Cash on Delivery, card transaction, PayPal transfer or bank transfer. From October 29th 2023 the delivery fee for deliveries to courier office is going to be 4.50 BGN

We reserve the right to change these prices at any time, without necessarily having to notify you. You agree to carefully check them before finalizing your order, and keep track of promotions and special offers.

4. Delivery times for orders in Bulgaria

The processing of your order can take from 1 to 4 business days depending on the availability of your ordered products and the size of the order. In case of a further delays we will do our best to inform you by e-mail or phone.

Delivery throughout the country takes one business day after dispatch. For less populated areas in the country delays are expected because the courier has a visiting schedule for the area. You will receive an e-mail that your order has been processed and dispatched.

Rarely orders can be delayed as a result of incorrect details provided by you such as a wrong address, telephone number or e-mail. In this case, we will try to contact you to eliminate the obstacles for successful delivery.

We are not responsible for the delay in orders due to incorrect personal information provided by you, delays caused by bad weather and road conditions, public holidays, official days off or strikes by transport companies, and we hope you understand and show patience in cases where the delay is caused by factors beyond our control.
