Take a warm shower or bath for at least 5 minutes to soften the skin. Wet the mit tand squeeze out the excess water. Do not add soap. Massage the skin with moderate pressure. After exfoliating, wash your body with soap/shower gel.

Hand wash the mit and let it dry completely. Use once every 1-2 weeks or 24 hours before applying self-tanner.
