ZARANA’s cooling cream is enriched with horse chestnut extract - its primary active component - which strengthens blood vessel walls, reduces capillary permeability, and alleviates swelling and the sensation of heaviness in the legs.

The inclusion of iris (flag iris) stimulates blood circulation and helps reduce heaviness in the legs. Cypress acts as an astringent, strengthening the veins and improving venous tone.
